Hearing Information
A Hearings Officer for the Nevada Gaming Control Board (“Board”) conducts two types of hearings: Gaming Employee Registration appeals and Patron Dispute appeals. Gaming Employee Registration appeals are for applicants appealing the Board’s objection to their gaming registration. Patron Dispute appeals come from either a patron or a casino because they disagree with the Board’s initial decision regarding a gaming dispute.
