The Gaming Control Board has issued an industry letter releasing proposed revisions to the Internal Control Procedures for industry comment. The Board encourages the submission of written comments, which should be received by the Board no later than June 20, 2008. Please use the links below for details.

The Gaming Control Board has issued an industry letter regarding the statutory requirement that licensees submit payments over $10,000 by electronic transfer effective July 1, 2008.

The Slot Route Operator reports NGC-36, NGC-36A, and NGC-36EIT have been revised. Additionally, a Report of Restricted Locations is now available on our website. This report should be used by slot route operators to verify or find GCB location numbers for restricted locations with which they are doing business. The revised forms and the report of restricted locations can be found by using the "T&L Forms & Applications" link in the column to the left.

The new Live Entertainment Tax forms are now available on our website, by using the "Agency Forms and Applications - Tax and License Division" link in the column to the left.

The new forms consist of the NGC 11 Live Entertainment Tax, NGC 12 Live Entertainment Tax - Restricted Licensees, and the NGC 13 Live Entertainment Tax Report Maximum Occupancy/Seating of At Least 7500.

The NGC 11 and NGC 13 forms for revenue generated during the month of January are due by February 24, 2004.  The NGC 12 form for revenue generated during the quarter of January 1 through March 31 is due by April 10, 2004.
