Rizzitello has a lengthy criminal record dating back to 1947, which includes convictions for armed robbery, kidnaping for ransom, defrauding an insurance company, extortion and racketeering. In 1989 Rizzitello was charged and later convicted of attempted murder and he has been in a California penitentiary ever since. |
