The Audit Division has revised the Entertainment section of the Gaming Audit Procedures (GAP) Manual.  Please access the document by following the link below:

On October 20, 2009 Board Member Lipparelli issued an industry letter seeking comment on draft amendments to NGC Regulations 20, 21, 22, 26A and 26C. All comments on the draft regulations should be submitted by November 20, 2009. Please follow the links below for the industry letter, a document explaining the proposed changes and the draft regulation changes:
