Compressed (Zip) Files

Some of the information available for download from this site are stored in a compressed format as self-extracting zip files with a .exe extension. To download and open these type of files:

Click on the link. A screen will appear asking you where you want to save the zip (.exe) file.
With some browsers a second screen will appear to allow you to "unzip" the file. If this screen does not appear, go into Windows Explorer and double click on the zip (.exe) file to display that screen.
Unzipping will create the file(s) that can be opened by the software application in which it was created, i.e. MS Word (.doc), MS Excel (.xls), etc.
The compressed zip file (.exe) can now be deleted.
