Internal Control Standards Group I Licensees Compliance Required January 21, 2004 |

| The following Minimum Internal Control Standards (MICS) were adopted and became effective on October 1, 2003. Group I Licensees are to be in compliance with these MICS by January 21, 2004, with the exception of the Currency Transaction Reporting MICS. The effective and compliance dates for the Currency Transaction Reporting MICS are March 15, 1997 and May 1, 1997, respectively. |
