Internal Control Standards Group I Licensees Effective Through January 20, 2004 |

| The following Minimum Internal Control Standards (MICS) were adopted and became effective January 1, 1997. Group I licensees were to be in compliance with these MICS by May 1, 1997. Due to the adoption of revised MICS requiring compliance of Group I licensees by January 21, 2004, the following MICS will no longer be in effect after that time with the exception of the Currency Transaction Reporting MICS. The Currency Transaction Reporting MICS effective on March 15, 1997 will remain in effect until further notice. |
